Return and Exchange Policy

Returns
Merchandise in original condition with packaging and tags, is eligible for a return or exchange within 10 days of receipt of order. After 10 days, all sales are FINAL. No price adjustments. All sales final on sale merchandise and face masks due to the nature of the product. Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment. Cope is not responsible for return shipping charges. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please email contact@brilliantdesign.clothing for a Return Authorization. Always include your order number and full name to facilitate a quick response from our support team. We will not accept returns received without a Return Authorization.

Cope does not offer price adjustments on markdowns or promotions. All sales are final on markdowns and face masks. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for return requests to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or credit has been approved. Once the refund has been processed on our end, it can take up to 3 weeks to reflect on your bank statement.

Exchange

To make an exchange, please purchase your new item before returning your original item. Once your exchange order is completed, please initiate a return with our support team. Your return and refund will be processed once received. 

Changes or Cancellations

You may make changes to or cancel your order at any time prior to the packing of your order in our Distribution Center. To make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us via email.   


We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

We reserve the right to deny any exchange, return, changes or cancellation if the merchandise does not meet our policy requirements.
